    I brought in my truck for a check engine light and issues with it driving. After an entire day of having my truck I called in around 4 PM. (mind you the truck was dropped off the night before for a 10:30 AM service). After I called, Kelci said my truck was ready and the technician found no issue after test driving. Due to my work, my wife dropped of my mother to pick up my truck. Driving home she noticed the same issues to why we dropped the truck off, so she turned around and took the truck back in. Then, Kelci called back the next day stating that the truck needed a new transmission. A day prior it had no issues and now I'm being told it needs a new transmission after nothing was wrong with it. I always heard bag things regarding Malloy Chevy and I was the idiot who decided to buy a truck from here but I can assure you that this is my first and final purchase through Malloy Chevy in Winchester. Btw, I checked the box to publish my response..

    It took 3 working days off for them to replace the motor in my sunroof to which I only used maybe five times since I bought it. Not only that, the last time I came in again they did not have the parts which were there because they told me they saw them and were some reason they were gone. Which was another day off work. I told them to also to check the electrical system since I cannot hear any kind of text messages or voicemails as it breaks up and they took my car out and drove it for 11 miles without my permission to see if their text messages between each other would work and did not replace my gas. I’m upset that they actually took my car out as this could’ve been done sitting still and that problem was still NOT fixed. I have never been so disappointed in a dealership and still having problems with my radio AND my car is only one year-old
