When I arrived there was an employee that spotted me looking for a place to park and motioned me over and pointed out a empty spot for me to park. When I walked in the door I was addressed promptly. I got in and my car was inspected for the state safety inspection. It was a nice visit to the dealership.

When vehicle was bought was told all fluids were changed not even first oil change and has leaks therefore the fluids were not changed or they would have noticed the leaks. Took 4 months to get tags still no registration. And everybody plays the blame game instead of taking responsibility.

Brought my 2024 Silverado EV RST First Edition in to have some roof trim replaced and splash guards installed. It was my third service visit to Malloy Chevrolet since moving to Winchester from SW VA. I literally left from the service department on a 600-mile roundtrip drive back down to SW VA to continue my move. Once again, the entire service process was handled in an extremely professional manner, starting with my Service Consultant, John Kovaleski, who kept me apprised of all maintenance procedures. Thanks to Malloy Chevrolet, for another job well done.

Well I used the app and didn’t realize I click the 15,000 mile service option which I didn’t see when I scheduled the service. So it took much longer than expected and it cost more than anticipated. I am happy I got it done just wasn’t sure during the scheduling. Thanks
